  • 2 cup Sugar
  • 8 cup Water
  • 6 unit Lemon
  • 10 pint Mint
  • 2 cup Milk

    In a Swiss Diamond saucepan, combine sugar and water over medium heat. Stir until completely dissolved. Allow to cool. (This is a simple syrup and can be done in advance.)

    In a food processor, (or blender) pulse limes, sweetened condensed milk, and 2 cups simple syrup as you can until everything is combined. Pour the liquid through a strainer to remove the chunks of limes. Pour the remaining simple syrup through the strainer to remove any sugar or pulp that was left behind. Stir and serve immediately over crushed ice with lime slices and mint sprigs.
