  • 1 cup Split Green Gram
  • 10 tbsp Ghee
  • 4 unit Green Cardamoms
  • 12 unit Pistachio
  • 1 tbsp Raisin
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 cup Water
  • 1.25 cup Sugar

    Soak the moong dal (split green gram ) in enough water overnight

    drain and then grind moong dal to smooth paste with 1/4 cup of water

    melt ghee in a pan. add moong dal , stir well

    break the lumps while stirring

    in another pan , Take milk , water and sugar and stir them

    when milk mixture boils add it to fried moong dal

    stir well and simmer

    liquid get absorbed and ghee get separated

    Add cardamom , chopped pistachios and raisins
