List of Ingredients

  • 2 cup Gram flour
  • 10 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 5 unit Green Cardamoms
  • 2 tbsp Raisin

    Dry roast gram flour in a pan on low flame for 12 minutes

    keep on stirring until it became brown

    Melt ghee in another pan , add into roasted gram flour . then stirr for 5 minutes

    after roasting , it gives nutty fragrance and releasing ghee . once you get it . switch off the fire

    remove pan from stove and keep aside

    Add powdered sugar

    Stirr well that no lumps formed

    Add cardamom and raisins and stir well. let it be to cool down as room temperature

    Make small or medium size ladoo and put them in air tight container
