List of Ingredients

  • 40 g Kidney Beans
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 140 g Lentil
  • 3 tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 750 ml Water
  • 200 g Tomato
  • 1 unit Tomato Paste
  • 0.5 g Cumin
  • 3 unit Clove
  • 1 unit Cinnamon
  • 1 unit Bay Leaf
  • 1 unit Black Cardamoms
  • 3 unit Green Cardamoms
  • 50 g Onion
  • 7 unit Garlic
  • 0.5 unit Ginger
  • 0.5 cup Green Chilli
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Cream Cheese
  • 1 tsp Kasuri Methi
  • 1 unit Coriander

    soak lentil and beans overnight in enough water

    rinse both lentils couple of times in water

    drain againband add them in cooker . add water and stir well

    pressure cook for 20 minutes

    chopped 200 g tomatoes

    take tomato puree instead of blending tomatoes

    heat 3 tsp oil

    Add the spices - cumin seed, cloves, green cardamoms,blaxk cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf

    saute till spices become aromatic

    add chopped onions

    stir and saute onions on low flame until they became golden

    add ginger and garlic, stir again
